1- Remote Notarization

 

If you wish to notarize your POA remotely, you may opt for e-notarization. To pursue this option, you only need a valid passport.

 

1- Select your POA from our website, and Contact Us.

2- Our team will prepare your draft for approval.

3- We will assist you with Remote Notarization

As the principal of the POA, you are required to join the video call with the Notary Public officer. Over the call, the officer will verify your identity and the powers to be given on the power of attorney.

The time it takes to complete your order will depend on the service you've ordered and the complexity of your case. We'll provide you with an estimated timeline when we confirm your order. In general, most orders are completed within a few business days.
